​Appointments
Appointments are generally 50-55 minutes in length once per week. As goals are met, frequency of appointments may decrease. When the time is right, both therapist and client will discuss and work toward an eventual end of treatment. However, some clients choose to continue long-term for personal growth and development purposes. A Good Faith Estimate for the length and cost of treatment is prepared for each client.

Cancellation Policy

Please remember to cancel your appointment 48hrs in advance. We will send you a friendly reminder by email 48 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment. This way you can easily respond to cancel and avoid any late cancel or no-show fees.  Cancellations and re-scheduled session will be subject to a full charge if NOT RECEIVED AT LEAST 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE. This is necessary because a time commitment is  held exclusively for you. If you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time. Should you fail to schedule an appointment for three consecutive weeks, unless other arrangements have been made in advance to pause therapy, for legal and ethical reasons, we consider that the professional relationship has discontinued. We require a card to remain on file for current clients.

Our Fees
Our individual session fee is $125/hour - Couples Sessions are $145/hour

INSIGHT THERAPY WORKS accepts (checks or credit card) and does not accept insurance at this time.
This is called a private pay rate. Your fee will be charged prior to the start of your session. 
INSIGHT THERAPY WORKS offers a sliding scale for hardship situations, which can be discussed with your therapist. To receive sliding scale rates, you must provide your income. Clients are responsible for paying at the time of the session. If you are unable to pay your fees, please discuss with us prior to your upcoming session. If you are unable to pay your fees, we will need to temporarily discontinue sessions. We require a card held on file for current clients. Fees may change at therapist's discretion with 60 days written notice.
