​​Trish focuses on those who desire to move beyond barriers to self-fulfillment, trauma and patterns that promote fear, anxiety,
sadness or distress. She offers services with a focus on helping clients overcome their emotional struggles and mental
health issues. She works collaboratively with clients to identify their unique needs and goals.

Psychodynamic Therapy

Trish offers psychodynamic therapy to individuals who are struggling with a lack of fulfillment, personal growth and who
may be stuck in unhealthy patterns. She incorporates psychodynamic concepts which focus on gaining insight into
unwanted tendencies, habits, complexes, and reactions and prevent forward movement. Through this method, clients
may develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships, leading to lasting growth, insight and change.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Trish incorporates CBT Coping Strategies and tools that are evidence-based approaches to help clients identify and
challenge thoughts which can cause depressive symptoms and anxiety. By working with CBT, clients can learn practical
skills to manage their emotions and stress and improve their overall quality of life.
